Do you know sushi? It is very famous Japanese food to use raw fish. I can make it although it is not easy to make. I prepare to mix rice to binegger and fish as a salmon.I grip to a peace of rice and put on a peace fish meet on a peace of rice. It is simply to make and it is very tasty. 
Hello! I have tryed a sushi only once, at a restaurant. It's unusual food for me. but my friends and relative like it. may be after 3rd or 4th times I'll told more about Sushi. your blog is very interesting!
